This introductory session offers a gentle and practical entry into meditation, suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to reconnect with the basics. We will explore what meditation truly is, why it is practised in the Buddhist tradition, and how it helps cultivate clarity, stability, and inner peace.
Participants will be guided through simple meditation instructions and have space for reflection and questions. No prior experience is required.
