Recognized at the age of two as the reincarnation of Kusho Mangden, a highly revered Nyingma yogi from the Solu Khumbu region of Nepal, Charok Lama later trained from age eight at Sera Je Monastery, one of the great Gelug seats of learning, in pursuit of the geshe degree. His path across both traditions brings a rare depth to this teaching — grounded in rigorous Gelug scholarship and inflected with the wisdom and compassion of his Nyingma roots.

This teaching offers a chance to explore how wisdom and compassion meet in the view of dependent origination, guided by a teacher whose own life spans two great lineages.
