Lo Jong, the profound practice of Mind Transformation, based on the Seven Point Mind Training.
The essential practice is Tong Len – giving and taking, a meditation that cultivates compassion and courage.
Jigme Jamyang shared his experience and guided us through how to bring this meditation into daily life. While there are many translations of this classic text, the essence of its points is beautifully introduced in the Lama Chopa Puja.
An opportunity to learn, reflect, and practice the heart of the Mahayana path.
